For genepheno labels, remove to join to determine current candidates #296

I saved only labels for the current candidates in the current backup and database; all former docs and candidates (cancer and old docs) are not in the "official" backup and database (i still have them) and therefore we can save ourselves the trouble of joining with the current candidates

Actually no, let's leave it in ... if we work with smaller databases, we'll get better recall estimates still
