Alex, feel free to fix onto/make_all.sh . I tried to do it once and I'm sick of it. The script contains all the info needed to get it running, and that it doesn't run end to end without any input is not surprising given that it downloads from X different sources and concats weird files. I won't waste my time on this script. I added info on how to copy onto from my directory for everybody who's getting set up. Apart from that, make_all.sh is perfectly fine.
