adding ability to run something specific at a startup without rebuilding the whole wyze_hack.sh. file: /params/custom.sh

I am actually thinking a feature of running an "extension" script from the mounted camera folder, but not sure if it's a good idea for security reasons. I can see it's somewhat overlapping with your change here.

I've taken the change and made a little bit more customizable. consider this closed.
