Problem with branching logic and Checkboxes breaking #28

@tparsnick @tsinha I've verified that this problem is also happening on other surveys which were previously working correctly. I've put two new questions at the bottom of the Test Survey, here:

If you click the "Other" box, the next question doesn't show up (it should). Uncheck it, and now it shows up. It disappears again if you check it again. It seems to be displaying the opposite behavior of what it should be.

@tsinha @julianagle @kimburgia @lbettencourt see #31 Code was reverted to go back to default redcap radios and checkboxes.
