Make our own yahoomediaplayer.js to avoid problem with https #33

http://mediaplayer.yahoo.com/js only. They don't have https, so we get security warnings on our ssl pages. So create a yahoomediaplayer.js and put into our js folder. In the js put content from http://webplayer.yahooapis.com/legacy/player.js

@lbettencourt Please check that the audio works on the mobile devices, especially the androids that us yahoo media player.

I tested on iphone4, motorola and both galaxies and the audio worked fine. The only note: on the androids there was no way to close the Yahoo player so it kept getting in the way. (And when using my PC with Windows7/IE9, the player still opens up in the same page and then, when I go back to the survey, my previously answered questions are blank....not sure you guys have any control over this but I thought I'd point it out as a note, in case we want to tell people how to avoid this. I'll see if I can change anything in my browser/settings/player to make this not happen.
