Make surveys pinchable (zoomable) on mobile #35

Because the radios and checkboxes are so small, make them zoomable for easier use.

@julianagle @lbettencourt @tsinha Radios and checkboxes are now zoomable on mobile. Laura please double check on the android phones at work. I tested on ipad and iphone5.

I tested on motorola and both galaxies and the pinching worked fine.
