Public survey links should be the same in dev and stage #45

The public survey links are different between dev and stage. This should not be the case. When they are different this makes it difficult of Kourtney and others to do QC.

Public survey links are seen by logging into redcap then My projects>[select survey you want]>Invite Ppts>Public Survey URL is shown as a link.

@kimburgia This has been fixed. Now dev and stage are the same.
