Make "required question" text white #47

When we make a question required in REDCap, it adds red text showing that it's required (see image below).

We'd like this text to be white.

NOT PRIORITY FOR LAUNCH

Decision from today's meeting for @tparsnick - cover up the entire message (including asterisk) and eliminate the white space so it doesn’t look funny.
