Validation popup for fields like zip, phone etc not working on surveys #5

Christa did not touch the original js files but somehow they got changed along the way, so revert back. The corrupted files are affecting the validation popup for fields like zip, phone etc.

I reverted back base.js and fontsize.js and tried running this locally, but this did not seem to fix the issue of validation of zip and phone. I tested against http://localhost/redcap/surveys/?s=ZQWo5J But I couldn't get this to work. @tsinha can you please try out my redcap_issue5 branch and see if you can get it to work locally.

@tsinha. It just occurred to me what might have been happening. I think it is a local issue having to do w my redcap location. Will check tomorrow once I have my Mac back.

@julianagle @kimburgia the validation issue has been fixed on dev
