Consider enabling the cron job in production #53

In admin see control center>System Config>Cron jobs

redcap.redcap_crons lists out what the cron jobs do.

The one job that is worth a second look is RemoveTempAndDeletedFiles. We should look to see if these files are growing on production, likely they just have to do with survey creation.
