Create test survey that demonstrates most types of survey elements #8

When we adjust css or redcap code we need a test survey to check against to make sure nothing is broken. The test survey should include at least: -field validations: phone,zip, range....etc -popover -audio -image -section -skip pattern -radio buttons, textboxes, checkboxes.

Julie you could enhance the existing Test images survey you started.

Hi Todd, Sorry I just saw this, I'm not sure why I didn't get an email when I was assigned to this. Anyway, I just added some items to the ZZ Test Images survey, I think I've got everything in there that you need.

Just re-iterating what I said in email (to keep a record of it in GitHub): Can you update and make the child question also have ANOTHER child question, so that there is a “grandchild” question.

Also: what do all the colors mean on the checkbox question?

@lbettencourt added another branching question. the colors are supposed to be the possible answers for the checkboxes. Something is severely amiss with the display of that right now, I don't know why.

@julianagle Please add the checkbox/tooltip example from the palpitations survey to the test survey. https://redcap-dev.health-eheartstudy.org/surveys/?s=PJm4ae When you answer yes to "Have you been told the cause by a doctor or nurse?" the checkbox list shows, and there is misalignment going on. Not likely fixable, but maybe through css.
