Make it deploy on green

Deploy JTodo as well as postgresql on [AWS, GCP, Digital ocean, Azure(?)] when all tests succeed

• [x] Github action for creating docker image and pushing it to ghcr.io
• [ ] Github action for spinning up Postgres and start container

Is ghcr.io the best? Could Digital Oceans be used? Any other?
