128x64 ST7920 LCD Arteffects #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When loading new sketch, LCD 128x64 ST7920 giving arteffects, then after few 
resets pressed it gets right, LCD is configured in Serial mode as I'm using 
Arduino NANO 328 and other data pins are occupied by other hardware. Searched 
the WEB and found that there might be issue with timings, so can you help 
fixing this?
I connected the screen as follows:

GND -A -   GND
RS -       D4
RW -       D5
E -        D6
K -        680R- D9

I use Digital output to power up the backlit in order to get it LOW when not in 
use or in SLEEP mode!

which version of u8glib do you use?
How long are your wires? They should not be longer than 10cm

Latest version, wires are quite long and without shielding, will try to cut 
them down to acceptable size.

Nop,

I've shorted wires, I'm working on fast prototyping board, so can't weld wires 
yet, but arteffects still exist, they dissapear only after some time LCD is up 
and after few resets.

One more concern:

Is there a way to move animation (sequence of pictures) into the SD card? as my 
flash memory is already full...
