Update code due to API changes #16

Hello,

It seems that UptimeRobot have deprecated their v1 API endpoint. The docs are indicating a v2 API now.

I updated the code to support the new endpoint and to add some more informations to incidents view: Capture d’écran de 2020-11-11 22-40-25
