New options introduced in Mar 19 won't save #416

This is to be expected, but recently Anet has introduced new options for post-processing that allows players to customize what is toggled on and off (like bloom, outline, etc.), and the launcher doesn't seem to save those options whenever I made a change in game. This was done both through launching the game normally and using gw2launcher.

These settings are stored in Local.dat and won't save while GW2 is allowing multiple clients. You need to right click the account > Selected > Launch (normal), then change the settings and exit the game (it won't save if GW2 crashes or is forced closed).
