No audio on main account

Hi, i set for all my alt accounts the mute option of launch, however when I launch my main account it is always without audio (even if no mute option is selected). each time i need to go to in-game options > audio > audio device and click on default (even if it's already on default). i tried launching the account right-clicking it > selected > Launch (normal) but it did not work. does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

Did you enable the mute option under the settings instead of under the accounts? The settings apply to all accounts, so if you have it muted there, but not under the account, it's still going to mute the account.

You can mute all of the alt accounts at once by selecting them > right click > Edit (multiple). To select accounts, ctrl+a to select all, ctrl+click to select individually or right click drag.
