NextAuth Implementation

Given progress in Next views - it would help the codebase immensely if the Next app was not being proxied by Django.

This would uncouple the backend/frontend, enable it to be deployed more easily, and robustly.

This depends on:

• [x] Using the carrot.ac.uk domains
• [x] All views implemented in Nextjs

• [x] Implement NextAuth
• [x] Update API fetch to use token, not sessions.
• [ ] Point DNS to the Azure Nextjs resources.
• [ ] Next /api Forwarding to Django OR a api. subdomain.
• [ ] Delete Django proxying.
• [ ] Delete Django views.
• [ ] Delete React project.
• [ ] Delete Docker image code for React.
