To separate SHACL declarations, particularly focusing on the dash and view components, and ensure each property can be pointed to by an IRI, we need to adjust the ttl file. I understand, talking to Kees, that usually involves ensuring each shacl property shape within our data shapes is individually identifiable via a unique IRI (not a bnode)

The goal is to make every single property within this shapes identifiable and addressable via its own IRI. This approach allows us to reference each property explicitly by its URI in the dash file.
