Doc copying not working if contains images #25

On https://write.healthsprints.org/

Reproducible: yes. Raquel found issue; SW recreated

If no image in a doc it can be copied. Once image introduced it cannot be copied.

Error message: Could not create document

In both cases the user has been the document owner
