We have observed the following but its not consistent so need to log instances to build up a picture of exactly what the problems are:

Some docs not appearing in PDF or uHTML
New docs added at end appearing in position 2, if multiple docs added all listed from position 2.
When writing to GitHub not all files updating in HTML multi-file when outputting, but inconsistent
