What is this?

_this PR is devoted to fix an issue related to work of cloneschema macro.

What changes in this PR?

_changes a generation of grant commands in cloneschema macro and updates related stuff.

How does this impact our users?

_this makes the B/G Deploy mechanism not missing select privilege on PROD schema to DATA_WAREHOUSE_PROD_READER_DBROLE
