This pull request when approved, closes #1 It also closes #3

If you have tie this week please review it, but let me know if that will not be possible and I will merge it and then we can raise issues based on what happens in the dry run.

Also, I have started an environment.yml file, so that attendees, once anaconda or miniconda is installed, can create an environment with all dependencies for the course using conda env create -f envrionment.yml and it will create an environment called teamcoder_ebm. @mary-tziraki if you have a dependency needed for one of the notebooks that isn't covered, please put it there.

@dpshelio I'm going to go ahead and merge this for the sake of our dry run, but if you have a chance to review the notebook and give me any suggestions that would be really helpful!
