Whereas #2 is about creating an instructor led notebook around data cleaning/wrangling, this issue will create a draft lab-book/workbook/notebook (whatever you want to call it), that the students/attendees will fill out to (a) show that they understand the concepts and (b) create a suitable dataset that will be used for the EBM workbook. It will cover the same ground as the instructor led notebook but it will use data directly from ADNI, which all attendees will need to have access for before staring the course, and it will have a lot of empty cells for individuals to enter in the code after they have forked it from the repository.
