The KDE EBM repository already has a nice notebook with a walkthrough using simulated data that the instructors can use to walkthrough and explain the basics of setting up the EBM. Since we are going to be using a Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) in the project to separate normal from abnormal, we need to make a decision around this walkthrough:
