Test out Omero plugin for QuPath #15

When a test of the interaction between QuPath and OMERO has been tested.

I have now tested with https://ucl-hist-omero.cs.ucl.ac.uk and all is working. I used QuPath 0.5.0 and OMERO QuPath extension 0.4.0. Installation of the extension requires downloading the JAR file from the extension repo and dropping it onto the QuPath interface.

There are 3 methods for opening images in QuPath from OMERO (from the QuPath docs):

  1. Open an image from a URI
  2. Add an image to a QuPath project
  3. Browse the OMERO server for files from the QuPath interface.

I tried number 3 - it works but opening a large image is as slow as you would expect and is not recommended.

Dan to update the issues for Day 3 (readme for Day 3) with use of QuPath version and installation of plugin. Then this ticket can be closed.
