Update to FontAwesome 6

We should use FontAwesome 6 instead of the 4.7 version, which is looking pretty dated. This would require :

[ ] updating the font itself in our repo
[ ] double checking anywhere in the docs that reference font awesome icons to make sure they still work
[ ] updating any icons in hc-icons that are based on fontAwesome 4.7
[ ] updating any fontAwesome 4.7 icons that were base64 encoded into the component library
