Docs: Document standard layout patterns #609

From #284:

I'm working on installing @corytak's awesome micro front end for value set building, but we use different left/right margins, so things end up looking a little funky. Using a standard grid from Cashmere in both would be one good way to solve this.

As we have decided not to create a Cashmere grid layout system, we should alternatively add a page to the Styles section of the Cashmere docs to document standard margins, paddings, widths, etc.
