Better support for color blind users #726

Describe the problem this feature request is solving This issue was brought up on the UX channel:

Karri Quintana [11:02 AM] interesting feedback from Tom Highfield during a review of CM with dev.. he is color blind and can't see the red on error messages. He suggested that we consider that, and I pulled up the Cashmere error messages on form fields and he said nothing stood out as wrong (like an error) to him - he can't see that the box turns red or that the error message under the field is red - so doesn't jump out. Interesting thing to think about - not sure what else can be done to draw attention to it. Maybe an error icon with the message.. but wanted to share with you all. He said he'd be willing to be a tester if we come up with anything new! he said 1/10 men have this issue

Describe the solution you'd like Perhaps adding an error icon in the input or by the error message, in addition to the color change.

If any, which components will have to change Definitely the input and select components, perhaps other form controls as well.

Will be bumping this up on our priority list. One item suggested by @mhollier that can/should definitely be a part of this effort is to provide a visualization specific color palette that takes accessibility into consideration.
