The getting started document (wiki/Getting-Started) contains the following text:
NOTE: This guide assumes you already have Fabric.Identity installed and have the fabric-installer secret. For proper installation documentation see Installing Fabric.Identity.
But the link points back to the same (wiki/Getting-Started) document. It should instead contain two links with one pointing to (wiki/Installing-Fabric.Identity-in-a-Server-environment) and the other to (wiki/Installing-Fabric.Identity-in-a-Development-environment)
Thanks, Andrew. I just updated the documentation to point to the server installation. I did rename it to just installing on windows, and I removed the dev environment installation instructions to simplify things.
