Package cdn with images with docs #18

Images (cashmere table image, pk image, etc) don't render in the index.html file when installed on a client server w no internet access or firewall restrictions. This could be solved by actually packaging the cdn with the docs, rather than referencing the cdn from the html file.

@amandabarber - I think has been fixed now (html assets are bundled in the static folder)
