add ./web as an option for web content #226

just another folder. This makes it possible to put all the files needed in one folder and respective subfolders.

I was just mimicking the other lines that are ....\web. In my setup, i simply wanted to have the server in one single folder and not having to use the content from ....\web (which in my case didn't exist, because I was running this from c:\fhirserver)
