Can you release the pre-trained backbone model? Like Resnet50-3d and others?

@Lewislou we do not use resnet in our pretrained architectures. However, feel free to train your model on any architecture. Check out the docs: https://github.com/HealthML/self-supervised-3d-tasks/blob/master/README.md
