Transfer learned policy to actual robot #20

Hi,

I have been playing with assistive-gym for a while and I just got my hands on an actual Sawyer robot, so I was wondering if there is a way where I can transfer the trained model of the simulation to the actual Robot.

Let me know if you have any ideas on how to do so.
