Modify Commonsbot to remove double spaces in labels #33

When the labels are used to generate Commons filenames, the API turns double spaces into single spaces, causing VanderBot to not match the returned value from the Wikidata API. The failure to capture the UUID from the API results in double image statements.

Fixed in https://github.com/HeardLibrary/linked-data/commit/bf68e0005194b9d458f0f9c86d9be7a8304abb56 but not yet tested.

Completed testing, works fine.
