The JSON-LD validates as both JSON and JSON-LD. Probably need to check a manifest validator
Manifest validator at https://presentation-validator.iiif.io/
gives this output testing for either 2.0 or 2.1 :
Validation Results:
URL Tested: https://iiif-manifest.library.vanderbilt.edu/gallery/1979/1979.0228P.tif.json
Validated successfully
Warnings:
URL does not have correct access-control-allow-origin header: got "", expected *
WARNING: Resource type 'oa:Annotation' should have '@id' set
A different manifest, https://iiif-manifest.library.vanderbilt.edu/gallery/1979/1979.0322P.tif.json , that worked in the Mirador viewer gave exactly the same results in the validator.
I cannot see any weird whitespace in the file -- it looks the same as all the others generated by the same script. Also, Googling the error message provides very generic help. It seems to be from some general JSON parser library, so not particular to Mirador.
Tried deleting the file and re-uploading. Still same error. Out of ideas.
This became a moot problem since I requested it to be deleted in #36 . I removed the manifest and image links from the Wikidata items.
The IIIF viewer in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q103310124 says there's a whitespace error
