Determine the correct way to include the art photograph licensing template in the artwork template #45

Currently the license being used for the 2D artwork image uploads to Commons includes only licensing information about the artwork itself. There's a license template specifically for photos of 3D art that includes both the license for the artwork and the license for the photo.

Need to figure out exactly what to put for the VU staff-created photos.

Need to figure out how this gets inserted properly into the existing artwork template in the Commonsbot script.
