Move content from current Blazegraph instance into Neptune #59

Alright, @CliffordAnderson I think I've moved over the graphs that matter to anybody. Mostly, I wanted to make sure that the queries in the examples from here https://github.com/HeardLibrary/semantic-web/blob/master/sparql/README.md still worked. They all do except for the "Syriac Gazetter" because I didn't want to move over any obsolete data of Dave's since the current data will be loaded.

I also have a number of blog posts with examples that still run. I didn't check that they all did, but some of the demo web apps are based on the same graphs as above and they use the https://sparql.vanderbilt.edu/sparql endpoint, so as long as the graphs are there, they should still work as before when we switch over to Neptune.

A lot of this stuff is not terribly important, other than there are a lot of nice query examples. But it's partly the principle of keeping things running in the long term, not having URLs break, etc. -- a matter of principle from the digital preservation standpoint.

No problem, I've actually been working on this for the past several days anyway because I'm excited to see it coming to fruition after wanting it to happen for years.
