Minecraft version in versioning scheme #55

In previous releases, the Minecraft version was prefixed to the mod version and separated with a hyphen. This is the version format that was common several years ago with mods for Minecraft versions 1.5 to 1.10. This was only barely SemVer compatible and was still a little confusing.

When I started moving towards version 0.2.0, I removed the Minecraft version from the mod version. This made it more clear what the version of the mod was, but does not explicitly state what Minecraft version the mod is for.

After consulting other modders, it appears that putting the Minecraft version in the mod version can confuse users into believing that the mod only works with that Minecraft version.
