Describe the bug Can't download collection on Mac M1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to collection

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Expected: load collection to tracker, actual: nothing happens.

Version (please complete the following information): Version 2.0.14 (2437)

Log file Attach the hstracker.log file found hstracker.log

That version is way too old. Please update to the latest. There is nothing that can be done on that old version. Current version is 2.4.1
