BTW, the other issue was #697 but when I did that I was not longer connected to my hsreplay.net account, and have no way to connect it now, as there's no way to just drop in the token from hsreplay that I can figure out, maybe there's a file somewhere, or it can be added to the UI?
I am not sure it is possible to recover the token, but I will ask at hsreplay.net

If you've claimed, it should show up.
Reinstalling should simply query for a new token, which you'll have to claim again but it should work just fine to claim multiple tokens against the same account.

Reinstalling is not enough. In the next release, there will be a button to reset account. For now, you can try to quit HSTracker, open a Terminal and type
defaults delete be.michotte.HSTracker hsreplay_upload_token
defaults delete be.michotte.HSTracker hsreplay_id
Then restart HSTracker and try to sync again from preferences
I had it working once but had to uninstall and reinstall because of the issue with installing new versions giving a can't open archive error. Now my hsreplay account is not connected and there appears to be no way to reconnect is, as everytime I try to "claim" it hsreplay.net says it's already claimed.
