Feature Request

Expected Behavior

Before the HDT integrated the Collection Tracker Plugin into the native program, there was a feature that allowed users to open up a window, that showed users which packs had the highest chance of giving cards that the player did not currently have.

Recently, they tweaked a feature that allowed the user to define 'desired cards' as cards that were in the player's HDT decks, rather than the entire Hearthstone collection.

These features were massively helpful to me, and I imagine many other users who play on a budget.

Actual Behavior

However, after the native integration of the Collection Tracker into HDT, I haven't been able to find that feature, now matter where I dug for it.

I figure this feature won't be too much to add, just because, well, the collection tracker is an existing plugin, and that functionality already exists within the plugin, it's simply a matter of migrating it over to HDT.

Thanks for your time.

You can still use the Collection Tracker plugin.

spooky-soft commented 6 years ago

Except that, as far as I can find, support has stopped for it and there's no tracking for Witchwood.

riQQ commented 6 years ago

That's not correct, see https://github.com/HearthSim/Hearthstone-Collection-Tracker/releases

Okay, great!

But I have to ask, why is the plugin in 'Outdated Plugins' if there's functionality separate from what HDT does on its own?

riQQ commented 6 years ago

@jleclanche why did you move the Collection Tracker plugin to outdated? Not all features are replaced yet.

riQQ commented 6 years ago

I talked to jleclanche and edited the wiki accordingly. @DarkNecromancer9878 can this issue be closed now?

I'd still prefer if that functionality were just migrated over, like the rest of it has been, but since there's a workaround, I suppose there's no reason to keep it open further.

riQQ commented 6 years ago

Do you want that functionality on HSReplay or in HDT itself?

spooky-soft commented 6 years ago

I'd prefer HDT, just like the plugin had it, or something similar. Like, just a popup when you open the store, that shows you the chances of getting a card for a deck (or a card you don't have), next to each pack.

riQQ commented 6 years ago

The likelihood of this happening is very low as there's already a working implementation in the plugin.
