Attack Counter Doesn't Update with Weapon Damage when Lord Jaraxxus is played #4165

Bug report

Expected Behavior

When Lord Jaraxxus is played, 3 damage should be added to the damage counter.

Actual Behavior

When Lord Jaraxxus is played, no damage is added to the damage counter.

Steps to reproduce behavior

User reported this in Duels mode, but I think it may apply outside of that mode as well.
