Unable to see visual representation of Burns or Discards from my own (Player) hand/deck on the tracker. #4240

Bug report

Expected Behavior

See cards discarded due to overdraw or discard mechanics from the Player hand or deck.

Actual Behavior

Nothing. Can't seem to enable feature.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Have looked through Options menu, can't tell if I'm missing it or if it doesn't exist.
