Decks are not being imported #4263

Bug report

Expected Behavior

Deck to be imported at the play menu

Actual Behavior

Only one deck that has been previously imported is detected

Steps to reproduce behavior

Click import -> from constructed -> open play menu

only one of my eleven decks are detected

enabling "autoselect deck" from the tray fixed this
