I'm currently trying to create a pop-up window that notifies you that you're against someone in your battlegrounds party.
As far as I can see, there's no way to get the battletag of your next opponent in Battlegrounds, nonetheless their tag while you're facing them.
Is there support for seeing what hero you're facing next at least?
