According to the plugin installation instructions found here, I should be able to install plugins by going to HDT > Options > Plugins then dragging and dropping the plugin's DLL or ZIP file into that window.
Actual Behavior
That absolutely doesn't work, all I see when I try to do that is that "forbidden" mouse cursor, meaning that action is not possible.
