Graphical distortions in UI and in game overlay

Expected Behavior

Hearthstone deck tracker working normally without graphical glitches

Actual Behavior

When I place or move the mouse cursor over the Hearthstone Deck Tracker window, it causes visual problems the text and images appear stretched and distorted.

The in-game overlay also has problems some of the time. For example, the turn-counters for the cards in my opponent's hand get stretched and cover the entire screen. sometimes if I switch to another window and return to Hearthstone other visual glitches like this appear that obscure the screen,

Using version 1.15.1 installed using the installer from https://hsreplay.net/downloads/
I tried running v1.15.1 from GitHub but for some reason, it caused even worse problems (the program sometimes freezes after each game)
Using an Nvidia graphics card with the latest drivers installed.
I am using a program called Wallpaper Engine for animated wallpaper, but even if I close it and reopen HDT the problems persist.
I tried running the program as an administrator but that didn't help

Having the same issue since about 10 days now. Running HDT 1.16.5 and Nvidia drivers 496.49 (Windows 10).

ok I found something today because of another bug on Forza 5 (was crashing after few minutes in game). To fix the Forza issue, I disabled the "Nahimic service" (and restarted my computer after). It solved the Forza issue and since that, I do not have any more visual bugs with HDT... If it can help..
