[Feature request] Make the card preview animation optional #4363

When hovering over a card in the deck tracker's overlay the card preview appears with a zoom-in like animation. That is very annoying for me, especially because it's laggy. Please make this animation optional.

P.S. There is a checkbox "Use card animations" but I don't know what is it for. Anyway, it doesn't affect the animations I'm requesting for.
