HDT is using 20-30% cpu when "show capturable overlay" is used. Tried to reinstall but no change. Used to work fine. #4366

Bug report

Expected Behavior

It worked flawless before

Actual Behavior

As soon as Show Capturable Overlay is ticked cpu usage goes up with up to 30% during games.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Without capturable overlay is uses only 4-5% during games. Tried with and without plugins with no change.
