After getting the 'Great Victory' achievement which rewards you with golden versions of the Core Legendary cards, I went to my decks and replaced those cards with the golden versions. However, whenever I play those decks now, it says "Warning: Cards not found in deck: [the changed cards]" and changes to no deck mode. It never seems to update the decks inside the tracker itself, regardless of how many times I play with the decks or browse them in Collection.
